Dax grew up around cattle — it's always been a way of life. The West family has raised and processed their own beef for years, and in 2019 they decided to share it with families who deserve to know exactly where their food comes from. Our Highland cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on open Texas pasture — no hormones, no vaccines, no pesticides, no antibiotics. Ever.
We also raise pastured heirloom pork, chickens, and ducks — all supplemented with a non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free organic milo and sorghum feed. Nothing contains MSG, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
