Shipping Policy

We ship premium frozen Highland beef, pastured pork, chicken, and eggs nationwide in insulated packaging with dry ice. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

Shipping is invoiced separately

When you checkout on our site, you pay for your meat order only. We will then email you a QuickBooks invoice for the actual shipping cost. Your order ships once that invoice is paid. This ensures you are charged the real carrier rate — nothing more.

How Shipping Works

We do not include shipping in your order total at checkout. After you place your order, we will calculate the actual shipping cost based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will receive a separate QuickBooks invoice by email for the shipping cost. Your order will be packed and shipped once the shipping invoice is paid.

This approach allows us to charge you the exact cost of shipping — no flat-rate markups, no hidden fees. We pass through the real carrier cost.

How We Ship Frozen Meat

All orders are packed in heavy-duty insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure your meat arrives frozen solid. We ship via FedEx or UPS overnight or 2-day service depending on your location.

We pack orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend transit delays. If you place an order later in the week, we may hold it until the following Monday to ensure freshness.

Processing & Transit Times

After your shipping invoice is paid, most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time is typically 1–2 days via overnight or 2-day service.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please be available to receive your package on the delivery day — frozen meat should be brought inside promptly.

Ranch Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping entirely? You are welcome to pick up your order directly at the ranch at 710 CR 168, Whitesboro, TX 76273. Pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 8am–5pm.

Select "Pick Up at Ranch" during checkout and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. No shipping fee applies for ranch pickup orders.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time due to the perishable nature of our products and transit time limitations.
